If we are going with this problem, we need to decide on the fairness metric:

• MaxMin
• Proportional
• Spectrum capacity Hz(sqm)

• Building spectrum utilization map
• Real-time spectrum utilization report using clients?

1. Check if WARP board has sub-GHz radio daughterboards. Done, doesn't have.
2. Check if USRP has ever been used in a reasonably large testbed setting (specifically check multiple transmitters transmitting to one receiver scenario). Done, doesn't seem to be there.
3. Find out if we (IISc) can order the Lyrtech board directly from US/Canada. Yes, we can.
4. Check if USRP can sense TV bands at -114 dBm.
