REGISTRATION

Registration categories and charges

A single conference registration includes the following:

  • Access to all SPCOM conference sessions (July 17-19)
  • Conference proceedings
  • Refreshments and lunch (July 17-19)
  • Conference dinner
  • Conference kit containing bag and stationery items

There are two types of conference registration categories - full registration and student registration. Please note the following conditions before registering.

  • Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have a full registration by May 30, 2018. So for an accepted paper, if the only author registering for SPCOM is a student then he/she will have to register at full rate.
  • For authors, one full registration covers for uploading three accepted papers.
  • The final manuscript submission deadline is Wednesday, May 09, 2018, and the program will be finalized immediately after this date. One author's full registration will be checked before including each paper in the program (and the proceedings).
  • The early registration (early bird) discount applies only till May 23, 2018.

Tutorial registration

SPCOM 2018 will feature six tutorials on July 16. A single tutorial registration includes all the tutorials on July 16, and you can attend all the tutorials of your choice for the entire day.

Please note that the conference registration (student or regular/full) does not include the tutorials; they have to be registered for separately.

On-site registration: On-site registrations will be available on the days of the conference — July 16-19 — starting from 8 am each day at the conference venue. On-site registrations will also be availabe for the tutorials, on July 16.

You must register and pay before you upload your final manuscript. If you are paying by DD, please note that you can upload your final manuscript only after we have acknowledged receipt of payment on EDAS.
