Graduate Programme Positions
Date: 12/2/2024: A PhD student position is open in the Learning, Optimization, Control and Automation (LOCA) lab, in the area of generative artificial intelligence, language agents and machine learning techniques associated with them. Candidates are expected to possess adequate mathematical aptitude and proficiency in programming.

Project Positions
Date: 22/8/2023: A project position is available in the Learning, Optimization, Control and Automation (LOCA) lab, in the area of benchmarking and analysis of black-box optimization algorithms. The role will involve translating mathematical descriptions of sequential, data-driven algorithms to code (in a language such as Python), and evaluating their performance.
Applications are invited from candidates possessing a bachelors degree in EE / CS / Statistics or other related areas. A masters degree, though not essential, will be advantageous. Remuneration will be as per Institute guidelines.
