Biography:
Dr. T. Badrinarayana joined in ECE department as Scientific Assistant, worked in the area of electronic devices based on thick film technology and functional devices based on high temperature superconducting materials. Also worked in optical devices fabricated in Lithium Niobate and Silicon substrates.

Education:
• M.S. (1991) and Ph.D. (1998), ECE Department, IISc.

Career:
Dr. T. Badrinarayana joined the ECE Department as a Scientific Assistant in 1985, where he conducted laboratory experiments for engineering students. Over the years, he progressed through the positions of Scientific Officer, Senior Scientific Officer, and Principal Scientific Officer. His tenure continued until 2018, during which he supported research students in their experimental work and served as a co-investigator on funded research projects. He also published several papers in reputed journals.
