He is an accomplished researcher, technologist, and industry leader with expertise in millimeter-wave systems, RF engineering, semiconductor technologies, and advanced signal processing. His work spans academic research, corporate innovation, and leadership in high-frequency integrated circuits.

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, RPI, 1991

His doctoral research focused on control devices and earned him the prestigious MTT-S Graduate Student Fellowship Award.

• Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India (1998–2000)
• Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Anokiwave, San Diego, California, USA
• Qorvo Fellow, contributing to advancements in millimeter-wave integrated circuits following Qorvo’s acquisition of Anokiwave

At Anokiwave, he led the development of multiple millimeter-wave System-on-Chip products for commercial and defense applications, including fully integrated FMCW automotive radar and beamforming ICs.
