Biography
Dr. Sheel Aditya (S’76–M’80–SM’94–LSM’18) received his B.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi in 1974 and 1979, respectively. He served as a faculty member in the Electrical Engineering Department at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, progressing from Lecturer to Professor during the period 1980–2000 (20 years). Since 2001, he has served as an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. His research interests include carbon nanotubes, electron beam applications, and microfabrication technologies.
