Biography
Dr. K. S. Sankara Reddy is a retired faculty member of the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering (ECE) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. He began his association with IISc as a Scientific Officer and later joined the faculty, contributing significantly to research and academic activities within the department.

Dr. Reddy holds a Ph.D., M.Tech., and M.Sc., reflecting a strong academic foundation in microelectronics and related fields. His research interests span diamond-like carbon films for microelectronic applications, all-polymer integrated circuits, advanced packaging technologies, nanostructured materials, and functional approaches in microelectronics.

Even after retirement, Dr. Reddy has remained active through research collaborations, publications, and contributions to the scientific community. His work continues to be cited in academic journals, demonstrating his lasting influence in the field of electrical communication engineering.
