Biography
Dr. Sankara Reddy had been a faculty member from 1987 to 2002, in the field of Microelctroncs and VLSI. Instrumental in developing a VLSI lab with basic facilities like Oxidation, diffusion and metal deposion to enable fundamental research in semiconductors as part of MHRD- Gov of India program. Taught courses in devices, Basics of VLSI and part of reseach programs of the ECE departmnet in microelectronics and superr conductors.

Educational Background:
He completed his M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and PhD at IISc in the Faculty of engineering in 1995.
