Biography:
Prof. B. Sundar Rajan is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. He has made significant contributions in the areas of communication theory, coding theory, and wireless communications. He began his academic career at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi as a Lecturer and progressed through various academic positions before joining IISc, where he has been actively involved in teaching, research, and consultancy. He has also contributed to industry as a Distinguished Member of Research Staff at Beceem Communications Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.
Prof. Rajan is widely recognized for his research contributions and leadership in academia, with numerous awards, fellowships, and editorial roles in reputed international journals.
