Biography:
V. U. Reddy received his B. E. and M. Tech. degrees from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and his PhD from the University of Missouri, USA. He held various academic and industry positions throughout his career. He served as an Assistant Professor at IIT Madras (1972–1976), a Professor at IIT Kharagpur (1976–1982), and a Professor at Osmania University (1982–1988). He was a Professor at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore from 1988 to 2001.

Research Areas:
His areas of research are signal processing, wireless networking, and related fields. His work spans algorithm design, performance analysis, and system development for various communication technologies.
