Biography:
Prof Venkataram Pallapa received his Ph.D. Degree in Information Sciences from the University of Sheffield, England, in 1986.He was past chairman for center for continuing education, and also a Professor in the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. • Received best paper awards at GLOBECOM'93 and INM'95 and also CDIL (Communication Devices India Ltd) for a paper published in IETE Journal.
