Biography:
S. V. Gopalaiah received M.Sc.(Physics) from Bangalore University in 1981. He completed M.Sc.(Engg) from IISc in 1995.He worked as a Scientific Assistant, Technical Officer and Senior Scientific Officer since 1981.
