BiographyHi! I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. I am advised by Dr. Himanshu Tyagi. Before this, I completed Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Operation Research from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in 2015 and Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecom. Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2013. My research interests lie at the intersection of information theory and optimization. So far at IISc, I have worked on entropic compression for timely updates as well as minimum delay updates. Lately, I have also started working on communication constrained learning problems. |
