REGISTRATION

Registration categories and charges

There are two types of conference registration categories - Physical and Virtual registration.

  • A single physical conference registration includes the access to the following:
    • All SPCOM conference sessions (July 11-15)
    • All tutorial sessions
    • Conference proceedings
    • Refreshments and lunch (July 11-15)
    • Conference dinner
    • Conference kit containing bag and stationery items
  • A single virtual conference registration includes remote access to the following:
    • All SPCOM conference sessions (July 11-15)
    • All tutorial sessions
    • Conference proceedings

Each registration category is further subdivided into regular and student categories

Please note the following conditions before registering:

    • Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have a physical regular registration by June 20, 2022. For an accepted paper, if the only author registering for SPCOM is a student then he/she will have to register at physical regular rate.
    • For authors, one regular registration covers for uploading two accepted papers.
    • The final camera ready-manuscript submission deadline is June 22, 2022, and the program will be finalized immediately after this date. One author's regular registration will be checked before including each paper in the program (and the proceedings).

The registration categories and the corresponding charges are shown in the table below.
