Work done for the faculty/Senate
1. Applied Photonics Initiative - took active role in the formation of Applied Photonics Initiative of IISc, and setting up of common laboratory, and getting external funding.
2. IEEE Societies: took active part to form the IISc chapters of IEEE photonics society and IEEE communication societies, and SPIE/OSA student chapters of IISc.
3. Took part in Research Interviews,Comprehensive exams, ME project evaluations,conduct of exams like GATE, KVPY, IISc entrance exam etc every year.
