Signal and Information Processing Lab
We develop theory and methods for signal processing and machine learning with applications to graph data analytics, wireless communications, and radar sensing.
Research themes
Learning with graphs
Graph neural networks, temporal and higher-order graph analytics, topological signal processing, and conformal inference.
SP for communications
Integrated sensing and communications, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces, near-field and distributed systems, and AI/ML for wireless.
Decentralized learning
Federated and decentralized optimization with constraints, non-IID data, privacy guarantees, and limited communication.
Sparse sensing
Sensor selection and placement, sparse arrays, and graph sampling: acquiring only the data that inference actually needs.
