Registration categories and charges

A single conference registration includes the following:

• Access to all NCC technical sessions, plenaries, tutorials and exhibits (Feb 20-23)
• Conference proceedings
• Refreshments and lunch (Feb 20-23)
• Conference dinner
• Conference kit containing bag and stationery items

Please note the following conditions before registering.

• Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have a full registration by Dec 30, 2018. So for an accepted paper, if the only author registering for NCC is a student then he/she will have to register at full registration.
• For authors, one full registration covers for uploading three accepted papers.
• The final manuscript submission deadline is Dec 30, 2018, and the program will be finalized immediately after this date. One author's full registration will be checked before including each paper in the program (and the proceedings).
• The early registration (early bird) discount applies only till Jan 26, 2019.

A one-day registration (student and non-student) will include the following:

• Access to NCC technical sessions, plenaries, tutorials and exhibits as applicable on the day of registration. Attendees who are only interested in the tutorials can register for Feb 20.
• Conference proceedings
• Refreshments and lunch on the day of registration
• Conference dinner (for one-day registrants on Feb 22)

On-site registration: On-site registrations will be available on the days of the conference — Feb 20-23, 2019 — starting from 8am each day at the conference venue.

The registration charges are shown in the table below.

Each paper requires a "Full Registration" by an author. One "Full Registration" covers up to three papers by the same author. (Example: If you are a student, and you are the only author who is going to register, then you must choose "Full Registration").

You must register and pay before you upload your final manuscript. If you are paying by DD, please note that you can upload your final manuscript only after we have acknowledged receipt of payment on EDAS. Please allow for postal delays by registering and making a payment well in advance of the final manuscript submission deadline.

Please note that we do not entertain cancellation of registrations, and no refunds will be provided.
