1. The nominal duration of each plenary presentation is 55 minutes (including speaker introduction). Following this, time permitting, 5 minutes are reserved for questions and answers. Discussion beyond these 5 minutes will have to take place offline during the coffee breaks.
2. Session chairs will enforce these time constraints.
3. A laptop & projector will be provided for the presentations.
4. You are kindly requested to upload your slides to the local computer connected to the projector at least 10 minutes *BEFORE* the beginning of the session so as to avoid unnecessary technical problems and delays.
5. A student volunteer will be available in the JN Tata Auditorium to assist you.
