Welcome to SPCOM 2016!

On-campus accommodation

You can request accommodation on campus only after you have registered for the conference.

Please note that very limited accommodation is available in some of the IISc guest houses. Accomodation is not guaranteed, and is given on a first-come-first-served basis (based on the date of the last update with arrival and departure information).
All rooms are filled, so we will not be able to provide accommodation to any more participants. However, you may still fill the form below. In the event that there are any cancellations, we will consider you.

If you requested accommodation, but later decide that you don't need it, then please remember to cancel your request by sending an email to spcom2016@gmail.com.    

Payment for accommodation should be made at the reception desk of the guest house at the time of departure.

After your registration is successful, you will receive an email that contains a booking ID to confirm your registration. Once you have obtained this, you can fill this form to book your accommodation.

We will put up a list of names whose accommodations have been confirmed by 25th May.

Out-station students please note: NO hostel accommodation is available on IISc campus.

Booking via third party


You may use the following third party website to book accommodation in hotels near IISc.

Instructions:

• Click here to be redirected to third party website.
• In the website, enter "Bangalore, Karnataka, India" in the "City" field.
• Enter "IISC, Malleshwaram" in the "Work Location" field.
• Enter dates, number of guests etc., and click on "Search".
• Once you get a list of hotels and rates, click on the "Rooms" tab under any of the hotels to get a list of rooms and rates. Click "Add" for your desired rooms.
• After choosing your rooms, you need to click on "+Assist" at the right-hand margin of the page to obtain a window within which to enter your contact details. The CSR representatives will contact you thereafter.
