SPCOM 2022

INSTRUCTIONS FOR IN-PERSON PRESENTERS

Please arrive at the session hall 15 mins prior to the start of the session.
You can only present out of the conference laptop since this is a hybrid event.
To load your presentation into the conference laptop, you can either bring a USB with your presentation to the respective conference hall or email the presentation to spcom2022presentations@gmail.com well before the session.
The accepted formats for the presentation are pdf or ppt. Note that we do not accept any other formats.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIRTUAL PRESENTERS

1. Please go to the SPCOM website (https://ece.iisc.ac.in/~spcom/2022/). A button saying "Live streaming portal" is prominently displayed on it.

2. When you click on the button, you will see "IEEE SPCOM 2022 LIVE STREAMING" table (https://ece.iisc.ac.in/~spcom/2022/zoom.html).

3. Click on the session in which you are scheduled to give your talk. Please do this at least 15 minutes before your session starts.

4. The Zoom app will open or you can access Zoom through your browser. We recommend downloading and using the Zoom app.

5. To enter the meeting, please enter the passcode (received through email).

6. Then, please enter your name and your registered email id, and join the Zoom webinar.

7. Please identify yourself to the session volunteers. You will be given privileges to share your slides, audio and video at the designated time of your talk and you can present through Zoom.
