Registration categories and charges

A single physical conference registration includes the access to the following:

• All SPCOM conference sessions (July 1-4, 2024)
• All tutorial sessions
• Conference proceedings
• Refreshments and lunch (July 1-4, 2024)
• Conference banquet dinner

Each registration category is further subdivided into full/author and student categories

Please note the following conditions before registering:

• Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have a full/author registration by April 12, 2024. For an accepted paper, if the only author registering for SPCOM is a student then he/she will have to register at full/author rate.
• For authors, one full/author registration covers for uploading two accepted papers.
• The final camera ready-manuscript submission deadline is April 12, 2024, and the program will be finalized immediately after this date. Authors have to enter the registration receipt number while uploading the camera-ready manuscript. Author's full registration will be checked before including each paper in the program and the conference proceedings.

The registration categories and the corresponding charges are shown in the table below.

Notes:

1. There is an additional 18% GST for each registration.
2. You must register and pay before you upload your final manuscript.
3. Registrations cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure that you select the correct registration category.
4. Registrations are not transferrable.
