Degree Programs
The department of Electrical Communication Engineering offers academic programmes leading to Masters and PhD degrees. The scope of the programmes includes the following areas:

In addition, the department participates in two online M.Tech programmes (launched in 2021):
- M.Tech (Online- Artifical Intelligence) – jointly with all departments of EECS Division
- M.Tech (Online- Electronics & Communication Engineering)
The department also participates in Interdisciplinary Ph.D programmes with the Centre for Bio Systems Science and Engineering (BSSE), Brain and artificial Intelligence, and the IISc Mathematics Initiative (IMI).
