The registration portal will open on June 3, 2020.
Deadline for author registration: June 10, 2020.
Presently, the authors of accepted papers and invited speakers will be able to register.
Complimentary registrations are available to non-authors.
(Starting June 20, 2020; Deadline: July 12, 2020).
An accepted paper must be covered by an author registration. The author registration fee is Rs. 10,000 + 18% goods and services tax (GST) + Payment portal processing fee of Rs. 457. Each author registration covers up to two papers only.
Invited speakers get a complimentary registration, i.e., they are not required to pay a fee, but they should still register through the portal and get a Booking ID in order to upload their camera-ready paper and/or videos and participate in the conference.
Registration is mandatory for having the camera-ready paper(s) included in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
Upon successful registration, the registrant gets a confirmation email with an attachment (the ticket). There is a 7-digit Booking ID in the ticket, which would be needed for camera-ready paper upload, video upload, and for participation in the conference.
